SAN FRANCISCO -- The San Francisco Giants scratched starting left fielder Angel Pagan due to back spasms shortly before Game 3 of the National League Division Series against the Chicago Cubs Monday night.Pagan was replaced in left field by Gregor Blanco, and manager Bruce Bochy altered the bottom half of his lineup, moving Conor Gillaspie into the No. 5 spot in the batting order that Pagan had occupied.The Giants, who are trying to avoid elimination, have batted .182 in the first two games of this series.
